PHASE 1: PRE-CLEANING AND DEBRIS EXTRACTION

PHASE 3: PANEL DISLODGEMENT AND SUBFLOOR MITIGATION
Panels are detached from interlocking configurations. Underside surfaces are exposed to direct fluid streams. Subfloor substrates are subjected to identical pressure washing procedures. Biofilm accumulation must be eliminated to prevent secondary operational failures. Subsurface contamination is neutralized through rigorous extraction methods. PHASE 4: CHEMICAL DISINFECTANT APPLICATION AND VERIFICATION
